To get started, install our add-on in Google Sheets. Once installed, open the add-on sidebar, enter the necessary information in your spreadsheet columns, and configure the settings in the sidebar to initiate the email search process.

You should enter relevant information for each contact you wish to search. Ensure that this data is correctly formatted for the best results:

• First name
• Last name
• Company domain (e.g. domain.com)

Then, you have to create 2 Results column for:

• The email found
• The provider who found the result

There could be several reasons why an email isn’t found:

• The information provided is incorrect or incomplete (Pay attention to fill correctly the columns).
• Your Waterfall Setup is not efficient
• The email is not publicly available.
• Privacy restrictions prevent access to certain data.

To improve accuracy, make sure the information entered is accurate and complete. Use up-to-date data and verify the spelling of names and domains.

Try also to change your providers used in the waterfall (Go to Waterfall Settings).

Search limits depend on the providers you use. Please check their websites, or contact our support for more information on specific limits.
